Teens Get Along with Parents

Seventy-five percent of high school students say they get along very well or extremely well with their parents or guardians, according to a survey sponsored by the Horatio Alger Association.

Only 3 percent report they and their parents don't get along well, the survey says.

If teens had more leisure time they would choose to spend it with their families instead of spending more time with their friends, playing sports or anything else, the Web Site Good News Network reports.

Nine in 10 of the teens say they have at least one family member in which to confide.
